How Shipping Works

 

We are proud to use USPS, UPS and FEDEX as our preferred shipping providers. We do discreet packaging with no marijuana related information on the invoice, so no third party can know the actual content of your package. We do express delivery and will arrive securely to you typically within 2 days for orders within the United States, and between 2 – 4 business days for international orders. If you require faster shipping, please let us know via email and we will be glad to accommodate you for an extra service fee. We will provide you with track and trace information so you can always check the status of your order. 

Delivery Within The United States and Canada
We want to ensure your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. When ordered on business days, your order will be delivered to your address within 2 business days depending on your location. Shipping and Handling costs to deliver anywhere in the United States is 20.00 USD. 

There is the option for free shipping with larger or bulk orders. Shipping is also free for Seniors (55 or Over), Veterans and patients with a Medical Card or Prescription – though you will need to show us prove in order to benefit from this.

Delivery Outside The United States (International Orders)
We do care for and embrace all our international customers. We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. Delivery abroad will take between 2 – 4 business days depending on country codes and international shipping legislation. We charge for Shipping and Handling costs to deliver out of the United States. By filling in your delivery or shipping address data in our web shop, the total amount for shipping will be calculated and send to you before you complete your payment.

However there is the option for free shipping with larger or bulk orders.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
If you receive incorrect items in your parcel, please send a short description of what is missing or incorrect to delivery@kanarelief.com for our team to rectify as soon as possible.

If there is a problem with your order, please notify us immediately upon opening it. We are unable to resolve any issues if you do not contact us immediately upon arrival. Call/Whatsapp Video or email delivery@kanarelief.com

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have purchased and have reason to suspect it is defective, please video call on Whatsapp or email us on delivery@kanarelief.com and we will do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase.

If you wish to return or exchange your product as a result of any form of adverse reaction, we ask you to contact us immediately and we will assist you in making necessary return arrangements. To arrange a return, please contact us at returns@kanarelief.com/exchange@kanarelief.com

Just return the remainder of the product(s) to us within 5 days of receipt of your item(s) and we will gladly refund you the full purchase price. It’s that simple!
